Lu Luo was grown up in Shenzhen and graduated from the University of Nottingham in UK with a MA in translation and interpreting in 2013. After that she came back to China and became a certified English teacher in 2014 when she worked at ISNS. 

Lu believes that every child is a great learner when they feel safe and as an educator her goal is to find the most effective way to support them. She also keeps in mind that being dynamic is important as students learns in different ways. Being an EAL teacher, her job is not only teaching the language, but also creating an environment where all students are comfortable to express themselves.

Lu came to ISNS in 2012 and she has been teaching EAL for more than 3 years. She is so proud to work with the excellent educators here and she looks forward to the new exploring journey with the wonderful students and amazing teachers.
