Liezl Boyd teaches Music and trains the Senior Choir. Liezl is from Cape Town, South Africa and graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BMUS Degree, specializing in education. She also has a Teachers’ Licentiate in Music specializing in piano teaching method from the University of South Africa. Liezl has over twenty three years’ teaching experience and has fulfilled the role of Head of Music for most of this time, at various schools. 

Liezl has been a teacher at ISNS since 2015. She feels strongly that students should be guided into a life-long love of music while supporting them to appreciate and develop the skills necessary to improve their practical skills and musicianship. She encourages musical inquiry and creativity in her students.
