Sophie is a PYP learning support teacher. Sophie grew up in Shenzhen, China.

She received a Bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon. She also completed her Master degree in Social Work, specialized in Mental Health: Children and Adolescents, from the Case Western Reserve University.

Before moving back to China in 2019, she lived in the United States for 7 years. Prior to joining ISNS, Sophie worked as a mental health counselor in public schools and community in the U.S and in Shenzhen. Sophie is passionate about working with students, and she has experience working with students with social, emotional, behavioral, and learning difficulties.  She is excited to be in the ISNS student support team.
