Fiona Zhang is the Mandarin teacher at ISNS. She grew up in north China. After graduating with a Bachelor`s Degree in Chinese Language and Literature, she determined to explore the dynamic culture of South China. She continued her studies and obtained her Master`s Degree in Chinese Literature and Theory from Shantou University of Guangdong province. For the past nine years, she has worked in international primary, secondary and higher education. She first worked in the BNU-HKBU United International College which located in Zhuhai after graduation. She worked there several years and found her passion for education ever after. In order to stay together with her family, she came to Shenzhen and worked in an international school which adopts IB PYP curriculum and spent two years teaching Chinese there. With a teacher`s certificate of teaching high school student Chinese, she believes in the value of IB education, she is very proud of being a teacher here at ISNS---an IB world school.

 Fiona believes life is experience and experience is life. Everyone should be a life-long learner and inquirer. She is dedicated to provide a positive learning atmosphere where children can learn happily and easily. She is willing to support all her students to pursue their dreams and helping students to be the best of themselves. She strives to provide an inquiry-driven education for her students. She believes in the bright future of ISNS with all the hard working teachers and students. Her motto is: ' Live with passion, work with passion and let passion guide you to a better future'. This is Fiona`s another year working at ISNS. She is excited to watch ISNS grow and expand as a top Canadian & IB World School.
