Livia Chen works as an Administrative Officer in the Administrative Office at ISNS. She is an experienced administration officer with excellent problem solving, effective interpersonal communication and great teamwork skills.

She has worked as an executive officer as well as a residence tutor at CUHK-Shenzhen, assisting international scholars and students on various academic and personal issues.

She is very interested in a career in education field and has a strong dedication to her work at ISNS.
