Siyi is an MYP/DP Art co-teacher at ISNS. She is from China and graduated from Birmingham City University in the United Kingdom with M.A. in Art Education and Practices degree. After completing her Postgraduate degree in the UK, she come back to her hometown, Shenzhen, to teach students about visual art and art history.

 Last year Siyi took part in an IB workshop in Malaysia and AP Art and Design workshop in Shenzhen. What’s more, she received her high-level teaching license in China. She also obtained the only one of the grand prizes in the art teacher classroom competition, and the 3rd prize in the Education Essay Competition in Shenzhen. 

 Siyi tries to create a friendly and lively classroom style that is good at stimulating students' creativity. She combines the characteristics of Eastern and Western art education, localizing advanced Western art education concepts while promoting traditional Chinese art to internationalization. She is one of the few art teachers in China who can use art to stimulate students' critical and creative thinking.
