Geran Zhang began teaching at ISNS in 2022. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Master of Medical Translation from Xi’an JiaoTong University. Geran has rich experience in STEM and Science education.  

Geran is passionate about bridging theory and practice to develop lifelong learners. She believes that both teacher and students are co-learners, building a learning place for each person in the classroom community. She is a passionate educator versed in effective use of technology, project-based learning and inquiry-driven discussion. She leads an engaging and student-centered learning environment that supports students to become self-directed learners.
