Elie was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. Since 2019, Elie has taught a diverse set of subjects (Biology, English, French, Sciences, Social Studies) to students from different backgrounds and cultural origins in a Francophone high school (7-12) in Toronto, Ontario.  

Upon completing her Bachelor of Sciences at the University of Toronto, Elie decided to participate in a teaching assistant program in Paris, France. During this time, Elie assisted French adolescents in enhancing their communication skills. Following this program, Elie pursued her passion and completed the Master of Teaching at the University of Toronto to become a certified teacher.  

During my free time, I enjoy appreciating and observing nature through activities like camping and hiking.
