Early Years Reading Club | K4-K5This club provides an opportunity for our young readers to share the pleasure of reading and it promotes a love of reading in a positive, nurturing environment. Reading sparks curiosity, stimulates the imagination in young children and improves concentration and helps with relaxation. This club is great for students who love to read stories.

| Reading Buddies | G1-2Reading buddies is a program in which a MYP/DP mentor student is paired with an elementary student from grades 1-2. They will meet each week in the library and spend time reading together. The Reading Buddies program helps model good reading.

Graphic Novel Club | G4-5Students will inquire into different techniques to plan, draft, revise, publish and share their own short graphic novel.

| The Storytelling Club | G4-5This club teaches students effective storytelling using the Hear, Map, Step, and Speak method. After retelling well-known stories and inventing their own stories they will give each other reflective feedback.The storytelling club is great for students who would like more opportunities to improve their public speaking abilities.
